Mike Wheaton joined Jordan Direct in 2009 and has become an integral part of the company. In 2010 he became a partner in the company.
As Projects Director he is primarily responsible for client relations, filling any needs requested and keeping an open line of communications to ensure that clients’ expectations are met and exceeded.
He is also responsible for overall project efficiency, keeping all production and post production components on task, on time and on budget. He handles post production scheduling in Jordan Direct’s two busy Avid edit suites as well, interfacing with our Director of Post Production. Additionally, Mike works with all new products linked to our projects, testing demos and product capabilities.

Mike’s background was as a partner working in a successful custom cabinetry and kitchens business. When it comes to designing and implementing set construction details or finding a better, smarter way to make a demo work, the first call goes out to Mike. On set and on location, Mike works directly with the props and sets departments to ensure a smooth work flow and to supervise construction keeping both departments on task and on time.

Mike enjoys the opportunity to work with our new clients as well as our many current ones. He’s proud of his work and has fun seeing and testing the new products we come across. Plus, he likes the variety and pace of Jordan Direct’s work flow and varied projects and very much enjoys traveling and interacting with leaders at our industry conventions.

Mike’s work ethic, common sense and dedication make him an invaluable member of the Jordan Direct team.

Mike is an avid outdoorsman and loves to ski, boat and ride ATV’s. He lives on St. Pete Beach, Florida with his wife, Sarah, their dog and two cats.
